Every Day!

Many people have asked me for help over the past three years, and many ask me how I changed my life so easy. Let's be very clear; it is not easy; however, I found one way that worked for me out of countless ways that didn’t. It doesn’t mean I’m in on a secret; it just means I found the combination of whole foods I like that makes eating healthy a lifestyle choice.


So how can you show up every day for your health?


Commit:

Commit to showing up every day. Every flipping day, and if you miss a day, come back tomorrow. That's where the magic happens!


Figure out what you need to make it happen:

Look at where you are and where you want to be. What are your daily habits, what are the obstacles you may encounter? Then come up with a plan to get around the challenges and start working on creating new daily routines.


Have a growth mindset:

You will get where you are going if you put forth the effort. Consistent and intentional effort always pays off.


Find an accountability coach:

A coach helps you keep your commitment to yourself by working with you to set goals, stay on track and meet your deadlines. You have someone in your corner, cheering you on and challenging you when needed.
