Service Description
Before beginning our program, we need to know a little about you and your goals. When you sign up for a program, you will be given a personalized nutrition plan based on this assessment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for cancellation. However, we all have unexpected things come up at a moments notice, please call us as soon as possible to let us know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. We reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee.
